My Bad Dream Of An Essay

Remember that time you ate that spicy chips just before you went to bed on the night before the big show?  Oh, that weird dream you had about the 2016 presidential election.  When you woke up you couldn't quite remember the important  details, but after reading "On Self-Reliance" and "A Sound of Thunder" it's all coming back to you now.

The dream started badly.  You were in line with your family at a store waiting to be sent to buy lots of clothes. Everywhere you looked there were posters of president-elect like Donald messed up hair Trump , looking like a crazy pig, who could eat a whole country like America.

Suddenly, there was Ralph Waldo Emerson telling you,"
The persons who make up a nation to-day, next year die, and their experience with them."  You realized that you have something to contribute to the world so you decided to accept it.  But it wasn't easy.  First you had to put on a fancy clothes and shoes and then you had make a time machine to go back in time to the concert so you could convince people to learn about the candidates and the issues that we will have.

But right there in the concert there was a giant poster and it started staring at everyone.  People started to yell.  You grabbed a microphone from a nearby person and yelled. Everyone stopped and listened, so you kept going.

Emerson for the Young Buck

So far what I learned or understood about the story "On Self Reliance" is that you must not be someone else, but be yourself. One of the quote that I really liked says "What I must do is all that concerns me, not what the people think." That quote means to me that no matter what, you must be yourself and don't be like anyone else. It also means that don't be a follower, but a leader and show what you can do and never follow nobody but lead people.

RESPECT MY AUTHORITY

What I feel about the authority is that it's good and then bad at the same time. It's good because some authority do care about us students like for us to  graduate and have a better future. It's also bad because some cops actually take there job really to far, by being to violence to innocent people.

Inciting Incident

He said that no one is there for him and that he is alone, which is really weird.

The Presidential Debate September 26,2016

Mistakes for President

The debate against Donald J. Trump and Hillary Clinton is going on and on. They've been blaming on each other about very important things. First example is that, Clinton says that Trump doesn't care if the other countries have nuclear weapons, and that he said,"Well good luck with that!!" Second example is that, Trump talks about that Clinton wasted millions of dollars on some hacking program. After that, they continue to blame and talk about different topics. The guy asking the question told Trump what else is missing for Clinton and Trump reply's,"She doesn't have enough stamina and the good look." Hillary talks back and says, I have enough stamina and have a good look more and better than you."

ANCIENT STORIES

1.) The language from the story is very different to our conversation talk because we don't use the same words over and over everyday. It also feels weird saying the same words each time because when you're talking to your friend they're reaction is going to be, "Why is he saying the same words over and over."
2.) Repeating words over in a poem or story is good. It would let you understand what the poem or story trying to tell you. If the story "Earth on Turtle's Back" didn't use the same word for the story, you wouldn't understand the story at all.
